Separate from the raw fields above — lets you keep the supplier's raw title OFF while still pushing the AI-rewritten one, or vice versa. 3 fields enabled
When supplier reports zero or missing stock on an existing product
The last option only sets backorder when the supplier provides a valid, mapped Expected arrival date for this product — otherwise stock status is left unchanged.
Products previously imported that no longer appear in the supplier feed
Missing from feed → out of stock immediately → private after the first threshold → deleted (moved to Woo's own trash, recoverable — never a permanent force-delete) if still missing once the second threshold passes. Reappearing in the feed at ANY point before deletion puts it straight back to publish.
